All The Tours Are Private : Means that there is no other participant will join the tour, just only you and your companion in one car.

We are accept the payment via Tour Driver Guide in Cash of US Dollar, other currencies or Rupiah after converted based on the exchange rate. Additional charge 3% by using Credit Card or using Western Union, Bank transfer & (4,44% by using PayPal)

No deposit advance, but only for group tour package included Hotel we need deposit advance

If a tourist wants to make a reservation, it is expected that we will submit a Reservation Form and a Final Confirmation Letter after all the booking have been confirmed.

After all reservations are confirmed, our reservation staff will send invoices along with Final Confirmation and for group tour 30% deposit paid through bank transfer or online payment to the account listed in the invoice as Booking Guaratee and proof of the transfer emailed to reservation.balisemaratour@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

Repayment of invoices can be done before or on arrival in Bali

If there is a cancellation before the Deadline, we will return the deposit that was paid to us and if the cancellation is made 5 days before the arrival time, we will apply the cancellation fee according to the amount of the charge from the hotel

The booking 3 hour prior to departure will be free charged of the price of a package tour or the price of transport service, Cancellation on the day and the time of departure the tour, will be charged 100%
